Candlepins for Cash

The Candlepins for Cash Fundraiser offers nonprofit groups the opportunity to earn up to 10% of bowling sales during a predetermined time frame.

At least a couple of weeks prior to the event, the group leader will sit down with the General Manager and complete a Fundraiser Event contract. They will be offered a five-hour period and can choose from the following options:

Pick a day: Sunday through Thursday
Pick a time: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Times and dates are at the discretion of the General Manager. We’ll always do everything we can to accommodate you!

The General Manager will review all items in the brochure with the group leader, including the checklist located inside the Fundraiser Brochure. The group leader will be given a fundraiser flyer that they are to fill in and distribute.

The groups hand out flyers to encourage friends, family and other local residents to Eat, Drink & Bowl at Park Place Lanes during the set date and time. When guests make their purchase and present the fundraising flyer, Park Place Lanes will donate up to 10% of the guest's Bowling purchase to the benefiting group. 

Any not-for-profit group can hold a fundraiser. We hold these fundraisers routinely and are proud to be able to work with so many great groups.  


A check will be issued from the corporate office within 4 weeks of the date of the fundraiser.



Groups can receive a discount on gift cards and sell them at face value to earn money.

For example, if your school purchases 500 $10 gift cards at a discounted rate of $4,500, your students and faculty can sell all of the gift cards at face value and earn $500 for your organization. It's that easy!
