Guest Services - Attendant | CLICK TO APPLY
The Attendant is the primary point of contact serving guests during their visit, from check-in through check-out. Prompt, friendly and efficient service is a must. Attendants (1) welcome guests, assisting with proper sizing (shoes) and utilization of bowling equipment (how-to-bowl, scoring); (2) ensures maximum utilization of lanes and equipment through efficient control of customer flow; and (3) maintains cleanliness and organizational standards of equipment throughout the facility. Accurate use of POS and cash accountability required.
Guest Services - Technician | CLICK TO APPLY
The Technician maintains and repairs automatic Pinspotter/Pinsetters, lane and scoring equipment, and all other bowling center equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency, according to Parr1 standards. Technicians possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical manuals. Relevant experience with mechanical, metal, electric and wood working is acceptable.
FOOD SERVICES - SERVER | CLICK TO APPLY
The Server is responsible for serving food, alcohol, and other beverages directly to customers in an efficient, and pleasant manner following ServSafe and Parr1 standards. Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards of equipment and work area. Accurate use of POS and cash accountability required.
