SocialYou’ll have fun and meet some great people while bowling in our leagues.

ActiveBowling is a fun way to exercise and burn calories. 

  • Bowling 3 games (~ 30 minutes) each week helps your fitness.  A general estimate of how many calories you can burn bowling for 30 minutes…
    • if you weigh 150 lbs, you can burn approximately 105 calories in 30 minutes
    • if you weigh 200 lbs, you can burn approximately 145 calories in 30 minutes.
    • if you weigh 250 lbs, you can burn approximately 180 calories in 30 minutes.

FunBowling is a game. It involves a bit of skill, a bit of strategy and a bit of luck.

  • A handicapping system levels the playing field, so people of all levels can compete.
  • We’ll reserve your lanes, calculate all individual and team statistics and post standings.
  • You can enjoy tasty food & drinks while you play. (base upon food service schedule) 
  • End-of-season Party with Prizes.  Everyone is a winner!!!

  • TUE 7PM Mixed 4-person teams.  Starts May 9th
